What is 
Henna?
  • Henna is a dye made from a plant and the designs made on your hands and body with the dye 
  • The paste can be applied with a pipette, a stick or toothpicks, or even with a syringe! 
  • The dye leaves behind a dark orange to dark brown design on your skin that can be representative of a special event like a wedding or other celebration 
  • ​It is practiced in many regions such as India, Pakistan, Iran, Morocco, and Egypt! ​​
